INVALID CHARGES AGAIN
Hi All
Second Rating , due to Repeat of issue.
I have cancelled my Xtraview. After my last Review I got a call and a reversal was done. This month bill I am being charged. What kind of systems do DStv have that this cannot be rectified. I don’t have the time to keep asking them to stop Charing me for a service I don’t have.
This is ridiculous and I want my money to be paid back and this resolved.
Someone Help !

Kindly accept our apology of the incorrect charges on your account. The extra view was cancelled but the system did not update the billing correctly.
The billing is now correct and you have a credit balance of R110.00.
