Interrupting viewing with annoying ads
While watching the Olympics you constantly interrupt at crucial moments to show adverts ?. This is ridiculous! We have waited years for this and then you bombard us with Toyota ads and tyre ads when the gold medal is being decided.

27 Jul 2021, 11:09Hi Lindy,
We apologize for the inconvenience. All ad breaks are triggered automatically by something called a ‘cue tone’ – which is a signal we receive from host broad caster – telling us that an event is going into an ad break and that we need to trigger our ads and promos. We always try to minimize these distractions and apologize for the inconvenience caused.
Kind Regards,
DStv: Hello Peter Team
