Interrupted live streaming service(no service!)

It is totally unacceptable that the live tv feed is interupted so frequently by messages saying: “ we cannot play this video right now”??? Why do i pay R800 for a LIVE streaming service if it is in actual fact a interrupted service. Are you willing to refund me 50% of my subscription every month, because i am only able to see live TV 50% of the time? Maybe your 40 odd million salary earning CEO should donate some of his earnings, in order for you to employ someone with the necessary skills to solve this problem. It is time another operator comes to the fore that can shut you down permanently! DSTV SUCKS!!!
