Internet router issue

I always pay for my DSTV Internet router but every months I have to contact DSTV to load data in my router and they will tell me I have to wait for 7 working days so data can be loaded and they are sorry for inconvenience caused. This is so unprofessional and annoying because now I want to use this thing does have data. It sucks.
