INTERNET ROUTER

On the 17 January 2025,I've app**** for internet router and they told me I'll receive it in 7 working days.Then I phoned back after 7 working days they said to me I must wait between 7 to 14 days.And I've phoned back again today they said I must wait another 14 days and I feel like no one is telling the truth because other lady said to me my internet router is at the warehouse they will deliver the other one is telling me they will call me for new application
