Internet router

Dstv multichoice is running a campaign of upgrades and offers of the internet router ,so I was told that as am paying for compact premium monthly i am elligible for the 50g LTE internet router at no extra cost it comes as a double bundle ,the router was delivered it works well but now my problem is my premium has increased from R545.00 to R1271.00 monthly i would like dstv multichoice to cancel all that as i will not afford to pay such an amount i am slowly loosing trust in them because this is not the first their consultant sells lies to me ..yesterday i tried chatting to an agent whom tried to assist but still my premium is at the amount I did not agree to .This is so draining I cant be always trying to fix their problem and they do nothing i have requested to be called but till today no call received
