INTERNET DISAPPOINTMENT
I am highly frustrated and disappointed with your service. A week after receiving my router, it is still not active . I have tried getting help via your what's app chat and to date no one has called me to have tis resolved. Data was provisioned and I even received an email welcoming me, but I am still not able to use the router as it has no internet access. This is the last reference number I got, with a promise of being called back, and 24 hours later, no one has called me-***. Highly disappointed.

I am literally emailing you guys daily offering suggestions of what could be wrong. The router still has not internet access and if this is not resolved by the end of the day,please arrange to replace this router and Sim or if you are not able to please reverse the whole transaction and reverse the charge you have added to my bill. A few days from now I must pay for data and router that I am not able to use. I have been patient ,but this is beyond frustrating.
