Internet data allocation

My name makgabee Theresa Lebusa (****en) Mzizi I'd *** on the 30th April I paid my dstv including internet. I got router from dstv and is 50G and I paid 848 including extra 110G my data was supposed to have been allocated but upto date no allocation when I called them since from the 1st may I will be told that matter has been escalated. When ask to transfer my call to manager they agents always tell me that matters will be resolved. I'm so frustrated for paid but no data on my router. I would say something if wrong if only they night data was not working but night data works perfectly now I'm working early so I can use night data. I'm so disappointed by dstv team. Alwys they ask my ID no. My adress my email adress. Ref no they gave me is #INC-***
