I app**** for the DSTV Compact 50GB internet bundle in June 2022 and I was approved and have waited for the router to be delivered for weeks, I made a follow-up and I was promised I will receive it. I gave up waiting. Surprisingly a debit order took funds in my account now the end of July whilst I made a cash payment at Shoprite now I am being inconvenienced by the incompetency of your services not being delivered. I am not happy and I am not even sure whether the people who contacted me were ******** or legit. Please fix this with urgency as I don't want a debit order to take funds off the services I didn't receive. I don't even want to visit a branch the way I am so frustrated with having to wait as I did give up and have connected fiber I got from Vuma. I am going to cancel DSTV!!!!!
