I made payment using online banking, i chose multichoice as the beneficiary, 8 hours later money hasnt reflected in my account. i submitted a snapshot of the successful transaction to payments and still no word from them. Is there any number that i can call to get assistance, i dont have the patience to wait anymore.

We advised that electronic payment from any other bank to our bank ABSA can take up to 48 hours to reflect on your account. However we have reconnected your service.
