Insurance under false pretense
Good day
I would like to cancel the insurance that I was offered by Lizelle under false pretense on 23 October 2024.
I specifically said I don't want insurance but she said it was a subscription for compact & premium which I thought was too good to be true. I received an email stating that my insurance is in arears.
