Insurance on decoders a waste of money.

I have been paying insurance for years, + - 10 years on my HD PVR! Now I have a problem they will only exchange it for an Explorer which would cost me over R1200 to have it fitted... What am I paying all this money for? I have spent endless time on the phone with them and lots of petrol running back and forward to the dealer trying to sort this out.... I feel they should fit it as I have paid enough to cover it, but can't get any answers from them!!!

Oh my goodness... can't even watch my one favourite series on line as it does not wor**** I hope they are going to at least work something out for all this!
