Insurance I never took and funeral policy refund since January

Good day,

Please note that I have still not received any feedback regarding my refund request from January for the funeral policy I did not take. A formal complaint was also lodged in January regarding this same issue, but I have not received any resolution or follow-up to date.

In addition, I have noticed that I am once again being charged for insurance that I never requested. This is the second time this has occurred — I previously cancelled it, yet it appears to have been reinstated without my consent.

Kindly cancel this insurance immediately and process the refund for all related charges.
