Insurance *****

I had a problem with my decoder I bought four years ago and when I went to claim for a new one I was told I only get the decoder and all the accessories I would have to buy myself now I am asking why am I paying insurance every month if it only covers the decoder and nothing else. All the accessories cost more then I would have rather saved my money any bought the newest model And the attitude was even worse she looked at me as if I was a dirty bother to her. And she wiped every thing I had taped. When I asked speak to a manager I was told they don’t have not even a supervisor I called 011 number I was told the same thing no managers. I wanna know where I agreed to such cover
