Insurance ****
So you guys where charging me R35 for a decoder I no longer had as it was replaced and removed from my account, now I saw that and I was told ots fixed because they did a mistake by not removing the insurance on my device and it would be moved as per what it was, shocker i get charged a pro rated amount for the device for your mistake. So I want all my r35 since the swap was done because now I am charged for 3 devices instead of 2
