Insulted by agent
I was insulted by an agent on the 4th November and I wrote a complaint here and I was called by complaint department however the guy who called me did so without listening to de call so I asked him to listen to the call 1st before we can speak. That was on Friday the 5th November and he promised to call me within an hour but he never came back to me even now. I need to be called ASAP
