INSTILLATION *******

Hi

I made an order with MultiChoice of DSTV Altra full package with INSTILLATION.

Thy promise me that the decoder will be delivered to an installer. Surprisingly the decoder bcoame with the corria company. Fine I didn't see any problem with that

I phone the instollr as per the directive form MultiChoice , instollr came and instolled the disch and a decoder .

Few days down the line today I reacive a call form the instoller confirming that thy will came and ******* the disch becouse dstv MultiChoice doesn't wanna pay tham . The voucher that I had its invalid, becouse I "orderd only decoder" while I know very well that I asked for a full package decoder and instillation Now am waiting for instoller not take away dish. Am bussy traying to ask MultiChoice what went wrong ...and am not given the unswer am being told that jl"just wait will get back to you when we have feed back"

I don't know what to say or what to do with this decoder I have becouse now I don't have cash to pay for something that is wrong and was not supposed bto be delivered to me in a fist place.

Can you guys assist bthis is an agent matter . In a matter of fact I will never recommend MultiChoice to anyone . I have been treated like this since I started to be a canstamer
