Installers in Kempton Park

I bought a DSTV compact in December 2017. I then phoned ElSat to arrange for an installer to come to my place, when the installer come to my house he told me that he doesn't have a longer stepladder so he won't be able to install the dish. It's been such a struggle to get an installer to come to my house, seriously DStv wants to tell me that they don't have a longer stepladder to install the dish. It's now going to be more than a month now trying to get an installer and no one is willing to assist.

It's either you come install the dish or give me back my money.
