installer exchanged my smart lnb

late last year i bought an explora decoder which came with an installation voucher,i then called Ellies for an installer and he came to install but at that time i wanted hi to also connect for an extraview for my daughter but unfortunately he quoted me a huge amount then i decided i would do it some other time so last month i called another installer to connect extra view for me thats when i noticed that the installer has put a 2 pin smart lnb and my decoder came with a 4 pin smart lnb,now i cannot connect the extra view for my daughter because i have to buy another smart lnb,iam very upset with your installer it is very frustrating,how do trust the people that you bring into our houses when they rob us, i feel ****** and thinking of cancelling my subscription with multi choice i have tried contacting Ellies but was told they will come back to me as soon as they get hold of an installer till today no one came back to me.
