Installation voucher problems
When I bought a DStv decoder from PnP, the salesman told me to call the number on the box to organize for the installation. The installer supp**** by this automatic service however doesn't accept the included installation voucher. I went to the DStv web site and contacted about 10 more installers, but couldn't find one that accepts the voucher. I send an enquiry (case ***), but still no joy. The following day I took the decoder back to PnP to claim a refund, but the salesman then gave me the number of a private installer that would accept the voucher. <br> Please supply installers that do accept the voucher so that we don't waste a lot of effort and money trying to find one.<br>
