Installation
I was called about a month ago and offered a ultra pvr decoder which I accepted. Decoder was supposed to be installed three weeks ago but until today it has not been installed. I keep getting messages that on a certain date I would be installed but it has not. I'm very angry and disappointed because it's almost pay day and I know they will deducts the new premium which includes the decoder that I don't have. Someone needs to look into this right now and give me a call no latter than today or else I'm canceling this whole thing.

13 Oct 2022, 09:14I have just been called by Johwa technologies telling me that they will install my decoder tomorrow 14/10/2022 and they will charge me R250 for transport. I Spoke to Jody Botha the owner and told him I never want to see them in my house and they will never install anything and I don't ever want to deal with them in the future. They kept me waiting for almost a month and keep sending messages that they will come on certain dates which they never cam and for all those days I had to take off from work and wait for them.

16 Oct 2022, 10:25I was called by another gentleman whose name I forgot, telling me that he has been appointed to replace Johwa technologies and he will be available on Monday afternoon. What we are not agreeing on is that I should pay for his traveling. I would like to put it on record that I am not paying any fees upon the instalation of my decoder, not after waiting this long and what happened to me. Multichoice must sort this out and ensure that the new gentleman understands that he will not be getting any payment from me. Let me know if this is communicated to him and I should know if he is coming or not so that I don't wait for him if he is not coming.
