Installation error E48
Been having installation error from day one and everytime we are told that we have to contact an accredited installer meaning we have to pay for package and accredited installer every month, I called and spoke to Nqobile who was rude and didn't want to transfer me to her supervisor as she didn't have answers to all my questions. The protea gardens branch also requests money everytime they assist

The name of the agency were you tested the decoder, so that we can try to escalate the matter to field service.
