INSTALLATION
Very Poor Service, incapable of doing job. Subscribed for Ultra decoder to be installed over a month. First parcel gets sent to PE, I am in Gauteng. And when phone to find out process nobody know nothing. Drive all the way out to DSTV in Midrand, and still get empty process from a lady called Aletta who will definitely call me back still waiting. When you call someone tells you they are checking the system and then all of a sudden have to pick your options again. VERY POOR SERVICE AND STAFF WHO CANNOT DO THE JOB.

21 Dec 2021, 10:18This is ongoing since the 15th December and still nobody gives me feedback. The service is really pathetic. Lets see how long it takes for someone to come back to me.
