Installaion no showwer

Calvin , accredited installer for Multichoice Senekal that we have to use because WELKOM don't have an installer , promised to do Installation on Saturday 19 March, then on Sunday 20 March. He didn't show up, didn't even let us know he's not comming , and didn't even answer his phone again when we try to contact him
