Insecure credit card payment processes

<p>Trying to rent a box office movie. Money subtracted from my account however DSTV failed to provide the movie through their process. This is theft DSTV!!!!! How can you have a secured payment process take my money and then not providing the service I paid for???? Then you have no record of it? Really??? No financial records for DSTV?</p>
