Inhumane and unresolved issues.

Till this very day my complaints and issues were never dealt with dispite been told the manager of the Umhlanga would contact me. I will now be taking my issue further to get my decoder replaced and for DStv to explain how they made my aunt that's frail 86 years old wait in the queue for a hour in the wind despite me asking for assistance I was told she must line up like everyone else. Your organization is is inhumane and I'm disgusted by multichoice standards.
