DSTV what a ****, just found out I have a contract with them which am not aware of. not paid for one Month of August now when I reconnect last week Friday I explained I want to downgrade to a lower package The Agent advised that I can only downgrade after a month so now I paid for my current subscription only to find out I already on the down grade.

Now am told I paid for a cancellation fee of the contract, am still not told which contract ? what was it offering? when did I join?

Requested my statement, found worse than what I was complaining about, I have been charged an extra Disney plus subscription which am not aware of on some months.

I don't want to touch on the data on their Router which gets finished in 3 days even during loadshedding stage 6, 25 gig plan
