Inefficient Agent at Multi choice call centre

Inefficient Agent I woke up this morning and my dstv kept on rebooting until I got a message E48-32 Tried to switch off and on same thing as above happened. Then I called to call Centre and the Agent told me that there is nothing she can help with. I must take the decoder to the nearest store. Even though I told her that am an elderly lady and not keen to go to the shops because of COVID. She saidthere might be some cables not connected and insisted I take the the decode to the shops. I found it strange that she is talking about the loose cables but proposes that I take the decoder to the shop. There is no correlation between a loose cable and a defective decoder which was working last night. I am extremely disappointed by MultiChiocd call Centre Agent She is completely inefficient na needs intensive training.
