inefficiency
I have sent an email quering multichoice for disconnecting my dstv even though i have paid and yet i was still even a day early. The consultant was not even sure of why i have paid R300 and yet i have paid more the previous week. Instead someone by the name of Mfaniseni Nhlapo rep**** with a lame excuse that their records show that my services are active. They just dont care about their clients at all
