Whatsapp agent are ***********. You may as well be dealing with a chatbot. Agents make empty promises of resolution. This is the 4th time in this month that my service has been disconnected because of a double netflix charge. I spent so much time and money on phoning or dealing with a whatsapp agent. But no resolution. Asking for manager callbacks doesn't materialize and they won't give you a manager when you call. What on earth am I supposed to do to get this sorted.... I can't be expected to pay extra with no additional benefit

23 Jan 2025, 10:43Pls can someone call me. I was told Netflix was charged double and today Im told its not so I have no idea what has gone wrong in terms of charges to my account and nobody helpful has assisted me.
In summary I paid via the app and you debited my account within a few days. Both for the amount of 567 which is my monthly payment.
The debit order was reversed but the payment I made before the deduction should have covered for the reversal so that my account is paid up and my service REMAINS CONNECTED.
Post the reversal my service was disconnected and I have been asked to pay more than R200 to reconnect my service and was told its for Netflix. Everyone insisting on me making payment says its for netflix and agents i spoke to on phone said it was an additional Netflix charge which they will resolve and I will no be disconnected again but this is clearly incorrect.
SOmebody needs to find what is wrong on my account and reverse any additional charges that is causing the service to disconnect. Please this is probably the 10th time i am dealing with someone if I include calls, whatsapps and hello peter complaints. CAN SOMEONE SPEAK TO ME, GIVE ME CORRECT INFORMATION AND RESOLVE THIS MESS PLSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS.

Netflix was not double billed on the account, it is billed on the 2nd of each month but that amount is only due on the debit order of the 31st of the month.
The system used the credit from the manual payment to cover this amount after the debit order came back unpaid but it was only meant to be covered for on your end of January pay.
This means the bill for the 1st of February will not include Netflix.
An amount of R341.85 is due on the 31st of January 2025.
