<p>Even thou my account wasnt paid in full i made payments towards multichoice to reconect my service. </p> <p>I was told to make last payment off R257 and i paid the balance and it took me 5 phone calls to get it connected still I am sitting with a dish that is off. The service on the phone was terrible and not one of the tecnichens could give me a manager/supervisor to assist me in my problem. Up to date it is costing me R120.00 on calls which I need to pay because they put me on hold. Incompentent people who is assisting you and they don't know what they doing and repeating everything. I am really considering to disconnect my multichoice account and going to showmax.</p>
