Incredible service

Due to loadshedding my decoder was very problematic. I was advised by a dstv agent to take it into a walk in centre. My husband did so this morning at the umhlanga branch. Luckily I have taken insurance with dstv. They immediately replaced my old HD pvr decoder with the new explorer ultra including installation with no extra cost to me! Incredible service to say the least!
