Increased subscription

In regards to ref ***5I54 I have been speaking to your agents from friday about why my subscription has increased from 448 to 497 since I am a compact subscriber and linked showmax which I pay 49 added too the 399. On Friday I spoke to one of your agents who said that I was double charged for showmax and requested a reversal that im still waiting for to be credited, now when I check the next subscription will be 498 amd not 448 again so I called in to find out, the first agent told me my Discount has expired and I dont recall ever that being the situation so I decided to speak to another agent by the name of Zoleka who said my showmax is not linked to Dstv anymore but when I log on im still linked she said she will escalate but im not getting any joy at all as I use my own airtime to call you and I get different stories im so close to canceling and reverting to other means of entertainment cause I cant trust your staff to assist me in anything if im getting different versions of explanations its tiring
