Increased premium without CONSENT! for a Senior Citizen!

My grandma has been paying R139 on her package for a very long time. Recently last month her premium change she didn't understand why. She then paid the amount, later on other channels were added without her consent. This month she gets a bill with a bigger amount. No one called her and I know her she does NOTHING over the phone.

How is multi choice doing this to senior citizens knowing very well they don't have money? They should be discounted too. She just called me and now she must take public transport, pay to go to Multi Choice in town. I wonder if she will be assisted as I am not with her. Highly disappointed.
