Increase subscription without notifying customer..
My employee has just received an sms from DSTV threatening to cut off his service if he doesn't pay them the R98 he owes them. The problem is that DSTV has never had the courtesy to inform him when their monthly subscription increases so he doesn't know what he should be paying each month. Their customer contact number is constantly engaged. I can see from their ratings that they don't actually care about their customers so not sure why I'm bothering...
