Incorrent balance with cancelled account

<p>I cancelled my DSTV contract 2 years ago and balance was 0, then due to some system error it was activated again and I was charge. I was refunded, but seems like the balance is stil at R311. I have now creditors phone me asking me where is the money. Can someone please look at this?</p> <p> </p> <p>Ref: ********** 5-I17 </p>
