Incorrectly charged for Smart Card - not resolved
Please see below complaint placed on 10:49 Thu 5 Mar and reply from Multichoice. 2 Months later and absolutely nothing has been resolved.

I had my Explora decoder replaced on the 3/2/2015 at Multichoice PTA for which I paid R510. This month I get debited an additional amount by Multichoice for a Smart Card replacement ? When I called the call centre 3/3/2015 11:38 to inquire I am told that they can't reverse the charge because they are not the ones that billed me ? If they didn't bill me then why did they take the money ? I was then told that they would send an e-mail to the department responsible and copy me on the e-mail. It's now the 5/3/2015 and there has still been no communication.

Completely unacceptable service. I want this charge reversed and expect an answer as to why Multichoice take it upon themselves to take extra money if \they have not billed me"

Hello rf801"
