Incorrectly billed and debited
Bad service customer number ***8 I spoke to your agents through Twitter and email but my problem is still not resolved, my monthly DEBIT ORDER IS R494, but I was billed R1567 at first I was billed R1207 the agent promised to fix it when I checked my account the amount went up to Ŕ1567 for what because I did not change my package,
