Incorrectly Billed!
Account was reactivated with IMMEDIATE payment to be valid for one month! <br> next payment was deducted 10 days later - how is it possible that this cannot be rectified for payment due 30 days later. <br> No support to correct this and no change to payment date offered.<br> This is pathetic service. <br>

Please be advised that my account has not been debited for 8 months - yet I was watching for 8 months. A debit loaded every month on my account for 8 months.
8 months later and my account is disconnected???!!!!!! How does this happen?
