Incorrectly billed

I am not happy with your services, I app**** for an internet 400G and I was advised I will pay R829 combined with my monthly dstv subscription, it has been 3 months and I am tired of repeating myself, the last agent I spoke to advised me that this month I will pay R829, however on my app I am seeing 950,this is the 3rd month and I am no getting any assistance, I am being told that my package is not combined but when I told and signed for the package, I was not advised, I was only advised that I will pay R829
