Incorrect Xtraview Billing

I bought a new decoder through DPP and requested that it be combined to an existing premium package with hd services Xplora+HD PVR however after completion instead of no movement in terms of Rands because i did not change packages and also i was already paying access fee which would mean adding xtraview will be free of charge but surprisingly i was charged an addition R300,60 WHICH IS TOTALLY INCORRECT
