Incorrect Reward Level Status
I was on a reward level of LEGEND and their insurance team called me to add more insurance and change my insurance from 1 decoder to 3 decoders and after accepting to pay them more money every month. I was downgraded to SUPERSTAR level which is totally crazy for being a loyal subscriber for the past 15years
