Incorrect product sold on "contract" / debit order.

DSTV package: Compact + Xtra view on debit for R100 discount. (total around 439) I cancel my package and pay the R180 cancellation fee.

ONE MONTH LATER I request the same deal, agent says all good and well its been done.

Now I'm being billed for "DStv HD PVR Access R198.71" and R-100.00 discount.

So apparently you only get discount when you take the PVR add-on, I did everything via chat on DSTV website and there was no mention of this.

Right, discount on a product I don't use / want / need AND didn't ask for. It's 2022 - I doubt anybody will be pausing 7de laan.

Please help. This is not the products I asked for.
