Incorrect pricing

On the 22nd of June I've logged a query with multichoice I'm still waiting for feedback on the below complain I logged about a month again & no one has contacted me regarding this query

just want the call to be retrieved as I'm disputing the Amount that I have to pay because the agent said I will not be paying for May as I've already paid for my pervious dstv, so the only amount I will be paying is for June & july going forward and the Amount would be R499 and the payment dates are being captured wrongly.
