INCORRECT PRICE LOCK INFO-NO MANAGER ACTION
DSTV agents provide incorrect information and pricing for a price lock deal!! I escalated this issue to an agent on Thursday and was informed the manager, Unathi Nyoka, would call by COB, but to date (3days) no one has called me!!
Pathetic service!!!
I await a call from management who can action my request.
