Incorrect package and outstanding amount

Hello My package is suspended due to an incorrect package linkage. My package is Access I pay Around R185 on monthly basis.

I have no add on's or any additional products beside the Access package plus insurance. I have provided all my proof of payments. What's happening on my account is incorrect Maybe system error I don't owe anything, I paid in time and according to my knowledge Im up to date

I'm 82 years old ,I don't have any product knowledge about dstv Why would I agree to things I don't understand Please solve this mistake
