Incorrect Package
I queried my package on the Sun 12/07/2015 12:02 PM and the issue hasn't been resolved yet?<br> <br> I initially requested for the R 29 package and as per statement the consultant had put me on the R 99 package resulting in early suspension of my account.

We would like to sincerely apologise for the delay and any inconvenience caused.
Your account was activated on the 21st June 2015 with DStv Access package for subscription from 21st until 14th July 2015, payment amount of R25.00 was made on the 25th June 2015. You need to make a payment including re-connection fee before your DStv Easy View package can be activated.
