Incorrect outstanding amount
ABSOLUTELY **** service! cannot put you on to the manager whose name is Aselm Kaputo as his on a long call?? Spoke to a advisor Sibaslu Mantwa who couldn't reactivate my services as there is an amount outstanding that I do not agree on as this was billed incorrectly! I have made my normal installment on 1st May of 558.00 which includes Showmax as I am on Compact Plus, now I have tried restoring services via the DSTV app bit saw my account is inactive????? Sibaslu told me she couldnt reactivate my service BUT bear in mind that I have made payment of 558.00 on 1st May.. I WILL BE CANCELLING and they will loose me after almost 11yrs if my services doesn't get switched on Today!!!
