Incorrect money i dont know

I just spoke to Sive on WhatsApp chat she was very rude and very unprofessional. My account had been added with R58 which I dont know where did it come from. Can someone call n rectify my account and stop taking people who dont know how to help your clients. Her service was very poor and mean. Your staff need to be trained professionally not what I just experienced.
