Incorrect Listing on Credit Bureaus

I had a PriceLock Plan with DSTV (my 2nd one). I just got a copy of my credit report, and it says that I was in arrears for 4 months with the plan. I was never in arrears. I called the call center, they say they do not see arrears on their side and cannot send me a letter stating that I was never in arrears. How? Because the company is the one that updates credit bureaus with payment records.
